Thank you to your team for designing and building our delightful new home. We have lived in it for around seven months now and we couldn’t be happier with the functionality of the design and the quality of the build. Specifically, we wish to thank our Sales Consultant for listening and taking note of our wishes, and for resolving the drainage issues that multiple other builders with in-house designers were unable to resolve, and in doing so, making our project viable.
We also wish to thank Millbrook for the flexibility during the design process and realistic approach to the contract.
We would also like to thank our Project Manager, Ryan Hook, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. Ryan was proactive with identifying potential practical issues during the build and proposing solutions.
Whilst building any house comes with its challenges we are extremely pleased with our fantastic new house, especially the way it takes advantage of our aspect and works for our day to day life.
